This is the channel to register your complaints related to the noise impact caused by air operations at Salvador Airport.
Noise management is carried out in compliance with the Brazilian Civil Aviation Regulation No. 161 – Amendment No. 04.
Your complaint should be made through the ombudsman, and it is important that it includes the time the disturbance was noticed, the location where you were, the type of aircraft (if possible), and the activity you were engaged in at the time. This information is essential for a proper analysis.
